Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Incline Village, NV.

Carole has represented me in both buying and selling homes in Incline Village NV. She is very knowledgeable about the area and knows and has a good relationship with everyone working in the real estate industry in Incline. Carole described the neighborhoods in Incline, provided examples of houses within different price ranges, was patient in showing the houses and provided the expertise necessary to close the deal.

Carole returns phone calls in a timely manner and even helped me negotiate the purchase of a home while I was driving across the country. Given that I was from the east coast which has a different process for real estate than the west coast Carole explained the process and walked me through it. She knows all the escrow agents in the area, can refer clients to lawyers and is familiar with the local mortgage companies.

Carole even negotiated a reduction in the brokers’ commissions when I sold a house.

She is friendly and very personable. And is an excellent resource as to home repair and improvement vendors after moving to Incline.
