The weather is warming up, this week temperatures are reaching far in the 50’s and low 60’s. The high real estate season is just around the corner. We are starting to see an influx of calls and inquiries as well as foot traffic. This year is showing all the signs of new property purchases and sales. The price median is increasingly rising, and more than ever in the country, there seems to be a shared interest in environments conducive to one’s well being.
This is what makes Incline Village unique.
I can’t tell you how fulfilling it is to help one who is seeking out a way of life in an environment that will compliment the vision of their lifestyle. When one spends some time in Incline Village, Lake Tahoe, he/she is able to locate the inner peace that we all strive for outwardly. It is not until you spend time here that you are able to experience this peace through your day-to-day actions and thoughts. It is the tranquility of this little pocket at the foot of the Sierra’s and on the edge of one of the most famous lakes our nation takes pride in that exhilarates the being and ignites the creative intelligence.
“Here in my heart, my happiness, my house. Here inside the lighted window is my love, my hope, my life.
Peace is my companion on the pathway winding to the threshold.
Inside the portal dwells new strength in the security, serenity, and radiance of those I love above life itself.
Here two build new dreams; dreams that tomorrow will come true.
The world over, these are the thoughts at eventide when footsteps turn ever homeward.
In the haven of the hearthside is rest and peace and comfort.”

Lake Tahoe Luxury Homes – Market Update
During the last 12 to 24 months, investors have been buying almost every low end listing of homes and condos that came on the market.
Although you may be thinking you have missed the boat, we don’t believe so because there is one group of properties’ that is now catching the attention of investors due to its huge upside potential. Luxury homes and condos are not typically sold on the basis of affordability, but rather on the basis of supply and demand.
I believe the best returns in the next several years will come from buying distressed luxury properties that need renovation or completion. You can also build a new luxury home, and assuming you have the right builder, there should be plenty of equity left when you are done.
Apparently, I am not the only one who feels this way. Read, “Investors Place Their Bets on Luxury Homes” in the Lake Tahoe Luxury Homes Magazine and send me an email if you are interested in finding out how you can profit by building or buying luxury homes.
Have a wonderful week.
